Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
• Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
• Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities for improvement at each stage
• Track, measure, and report on ROI and key performance metrics
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend allocation for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution systems
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
• Create detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Work closely with sales teams to understand lead quality and optimize accordingly

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Strong data-driven approach with excellent analytical capabilities
• Experience with budget management and optimization across channels
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific analytics
• Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking methodologies
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO tools
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
