About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive strategic growth across all online channels. This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional who can build, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams while developing comprehensive digital strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists across SEO, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing functions
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a world-class digital marketing department
- Facilitate cross-training and knowledge sharing to ensure team versatility and resilience
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans with detailed roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
- Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms to maintain competitive advantage
- Design integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Budget Management & ROI Optimization
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI
- Develop accurate forecasts and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and platform partners to optimize spend
- Track and report on marketing spend efficiency and cost-per-acquisition metrics
Stakeholder Reporting & Communication
- Present regular performance reports to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Translate complex marketing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Communicate campaign results, challenges, and opportunities clearly to non-technical audiences
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance visibility
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing alignment
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging
- Partner with IT and development teams on marketing technology implementations
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of progressive digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of P&L management and marketing budget optimization
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and understanding of sales-marketing alignment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
