About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Executive to join our performance marketing team. As a PPC Executive, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to deliver measurable ROI for our clients. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data and want to excel in the fast-paced world of paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates
- Bid Management: Implement effective bidding strategies and manage budgets to maximize ROI within client budgets
- Keyword Management: Conduct keyword research, add negative keywords, and optimize keyword match types for better targeting
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and test multiple variations through A/B testing
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with design team to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Audience Targeting: Create and manage audience segments for remarketing and prospecting campaigns
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution models
- Budget Forecasting: Assist in budget planning and performance forecasting for clients
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing Google Ads or other PPC platforms
- Google Ads certification (Search and/or Display) preferred
- Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals including bidding strategies, quality score, and ad rank
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for client reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
