About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager (Digital) to own and elevate our brand presence across all digital touchpoints. This role combines brand strategy with digital expertise to ensure consistent, compelling brand experiences that resonate with our target audiences and drive brand equity growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Online

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital brand strategies that align with overall brand positioning and business objectives
  • Define brand voice, tone, and personality for digital channels including website, social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Create and manage the digital brand architecture ensuring consistency across all online properties
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and differentiation in the digital landscape
  • Lead brand storytelling initiatives that connect emotionally with target audiences

Brand Guidelines Enforcement

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce digital brand guidelines across all departments and external partners
  • Create comprehensive brand style guides for digital assets including typography, color palettes, imagery, and design elements
  • Conduct regular brand audits across digital touchpoints to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Train internal teams and external agencies on proper brand representation in digital contexts
  • Manage brand asset libraries and ensure accessibility of approved digital materials

Campaign Oversight & Creative Direction

  • Oversee the creative development of digital marketing campaigns ensuring brand alignment
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce compelling brand content
  • Review and approve all digital creative assets before publication
  • Guide the development of brand-focused content including videos, graphics, and copy
  • Ensure campaigns effectively communicate brand values and key messages

Brand Health Monitoring & Analysis

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track brand health and awareness in digital channels
  • Monitor brand sentiment, mentions, and share of voice across digital platforms
  • Conduct competitive brand analysis to identify threats and opportunities
  • Track and report on brand perception trends and audience insights
  • Implement social listening tools and brand monitoring systems

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of brand management experience with strong digital focus
  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies for digital channels
  • Strong creative oversight abilities with excellent eye for design and brand aesthetics
  • Demonstrated market research skills including consumer insights and competitive analysis
  • Experience with brand tracking tools, social listening platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and product teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in brand building
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
