Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their influencer ecosystems
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Awareness of current social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns
• Basic understanding of content rights and influencer contracts
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting
