Email Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and transactional emails
• List Management: Manage and segment email subscriber lists to ensure targeted and relevant communications
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize campaign performance
• Marketing Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows including welcome series, drip campaigns, and triggered emails
• Email Design: Create visually appealing email templates using drag-and-drop editors or basic HTML/CSS
• Copywriting: Write compelling email copy that drives opens, clicks, and conversions
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights
• List Growth: Implement strategies to grow email subscriber lists organically
• Deliverability: Monitor email deliverability and maintain healthy sender reputation
• Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
• Strong copywriting skills with ability to write engaging email content
• Understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus
• Experience with marketing automation and workflow creation
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
