About the Role
We are seeking a technically proficient Marketing Automation Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows that drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Key Responsibilities
- Design and build marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer engagement
- Create and optimize automated email sequences including drip campaigns, triggered emails, and behavioral-based communications
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems for seamless data flow
- Develop lead scoring models to identify and prioritize high-quality prospects
- Set up and manage landing pages, forms, and conversion tracking within automation platforms
- Create detailed reports on automation performance, email metrics, and campaign effectiveness
- Implement A/B testing for email content, subject lines, and send times
- Maintain data hygiene and list management practices
- Document automation processes and create workflow maps
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing automation with sales processes
- Stay updated on automation platform features and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize automation performance
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or similar)
- Understanding of lead management and nurturing strategies
- Proficiency in email marketing best practices including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization
- Process optimization mindset with attention to efficiency and scalability
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration
