About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified lead acquisition and fuel our sales pipeline growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution to attract, capture, and qualify potential customers across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and content marketing
  • Develop targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences based on buyer personas and market segments
  • Create compelling ad copy, offers, and calls-to-action that drive lead capture
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend allocation for maximum lead volume and quality
  • Test different targeting strategies, ad formats, and messaging to improve campaign performance
  • Coordinate with content teams to develop lead magnets including whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, and gated content

Landing Page Optimization

  • Design and optimize high-converting landing pages for lead capture campaigns
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates continuously
  • Optimize form fields, CTAs, and page layouts based on user behavior data
  • Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and load quickly
  • Create personalized landing page experiences for different audience segments
  • Collaborate with design and development teams on landing page implementations

Lead Qualification & Scoring

  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to identify high-quality prospects
  • Implement lead qualification criteria based on demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data
  • Create automated lead nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel
  • Establish MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) definitions
  • Continuously optimize qualification processes based on conversion data and sales feedback
  • Segment leads based on intent, engagement level, and fit with ideal customer profile

CRM Management

  • Manage lead data within CRM systems ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Set up and maintain lead capture integrations between marketing platforms and CRM
  • Create automated workflows for lead assignment, follow-up, and status updates
  • Ensure proper lead tracking and attribution across all touchpoints
  • Maintain data hygiene through regular cleaning and deduplication
  • Collaborate with sales teams on lead handoff processes and feedback loops

Pipeline Reporting

  • Track and report on lead generation metrics including volume, quality, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates
  • Create pipeline dashboards showing lead flow from acquisition to opportunity
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks or drop-off points
  • Provide regular reports on campaign ROI and marketing contribution to revenue
  • Forecast lead volumes and pipeline contribution based on historical data and trends

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in lead generation or demand generation marketing
  • Proven track record in B2B and/or B2C lead generation campaigns
  • Strong experience with conversion optimization and landing page best practices
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
