Graphic DesignerA global bank standing up its India design and marketing operationsLocation: Remote (India)About the CompanyA global bank is standing up its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Graphic Designer for its marketing and communications team. You will produce brand-safe, compliance-checked visuals used across a large, regulated organisation. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer, you will turn briefs into polished, on-brand visuals for internal communications, marketing, and client-facing materials, working within strict brand and compliance guardrails.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & ProductionDesign assets for internal comms, presentations, digital, and printBuild layouts and templates that hold up across a large document libraryPrepare compliance-checked, production-ready files with correct specsBrand & GovernanceApply brand and regulatory guidelines consistently across every deliverableWork with marketing, compliance, and communications teams to route approvalsIdeal Candidate Profile2 to 5 years in graphic design, exposure to banking or financial services a plusFluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or FigmaComfort working within strict brand and compliance guidelinesClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsExperience with regulated or highly governed brand systemsFamiliarity with presentation design for senior stakeholdersBasic motion or infographic-design skillsWhat We OfferA design seat inside a global bank’s India technology and operations centreRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementSteady, high-standards work across a large content libraryOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Portfolio & Design Assignment → Leadership Round 1 → Leadership Round 2 → Culture Fit
