About the Role
CAP ProjectX is looking for an experienced Freelance Architect / Project Management Consultant with strong experience in interior fit-out and project execution.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects independently, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and conducting **one site visit per week** to review progress and ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor interior fit-out projects from design coordination through execution and handoverConduct one site visit per week to review project progress, quality, and executionCoordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clientsReview drawings, specifications, BOQs, materials, and execution detailsTrack project timelines, quality, and site progressIdentify and resolve execution-related issues and coordinate timely decisionsMonitor contractor/vendor performance and workmanshipEnsure alignment between design intent and on-site executionPrepare site observations, progress updates, action trackers, and project reportsAttend off-site coordination meetings as requiredFollow up on pending decisions, deliverables, and site actionsSupport project documentation, handover, and closure
Requirements Architect / Interior Architect / Project Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience Strong experience in commercial/interior fit-out projects Good understanding of site execution, materials, drawings, and construction processes Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills Able to independently manage project-related responsibilities Good communication and documentation skills Comfortable working on a freelance / project-based engagement Willing to commit to one site visit per week Prior experience handling projects end-to-end will be an advantage
Engagement
This is a freelance/project-based opportunity requiring approximately one site visit per week, along with periodic off-site coordination and meetings. There may be potential for ongoing assignments depending on project requirements.
