About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will transform ideas into compelling visual designs for digital campaigns and brand communications. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create high-quality, visually engaging assets that maintain consistency across platforms. Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing materialsTranslate briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectivesCollaborate closely with content strategists, client team, marketers, and video editors to develop cohesive and engaging creative conceptsCreate static posts, carousels, infographics, banners, pitch decks, and other visual content as requiredMaintain and evolve brand identities by ensuring visual consistency across all client and internal projectsLeverage AI design tools to generate images, concepts, mockups, and creative ideas that enhance design efficiency and qualityIncorporate feedback quickly and efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlinesStay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging creative techniquesOrganize and maintain design assets, templates, and source files in shared folders Experience and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Applied Arts3-6 years of design expertise, preferably in a digital marketing agencyProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchyStrong attention to nuance, detail, and storytelling through visualsHands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (expert level)Comfort with AI design tools and creative tech stacksAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and openness to feedback and collaboration Why Socio?Work wherever you are: We’re a fully remote team with the freedom to work from anywhere – no fixed location, no rigid setupStartup exposure & ownership: Get hands-on experience building systems from the ground up, working closely with decision-makersWork with global brands: Be part of a fast-growing Dubai-based digital marketing company working with diverse clients across industries and marketsGrowth-focused culture: Learn fast, take ownership, and grow your career with a team that values creativity, performance, and continuous learning
