Our team of passionate designers and project professionals specializes in bespoke home interiors, commercial spaces, and architectural design solutions, delivering exceptional quality and innovative design experiences. Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and responsible Project Manager to oversee interior site execution and ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a thorough understanding of interior project execution processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage end-to-end interior project execution. Lead and supervise a team of Site Engineers, ensuring effective coordination and performance. Monitor daily site activities and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors. Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular factory visits to track production progress and ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates. Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, drawings, and production specifications. Monitor workmanship quality and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation:Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field. Experience:2–4 years of relevant experience in Interior Project Execution or Project Management. Required SkillsStrong Leadership and Team Management Skills. Excellent Organizational and Coordination Abilities. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills. Attention to Detail and Quality Control. Proficiency In English Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Handle Multiple Projects and Priorities Simultaneously.
