About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join ourteam. This role is strictly focused on talent acquisition activities and provides hands-on exposure toend-to-end recruitment processes. It is an excellent opportunity for students or freshers who wish to builda career in HR recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:● Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms● Screening resumes as per job requirements● Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers● Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers● Assisting in internship drives and bulk hiring activities● Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Skills:● Good verbal and written communication skills● Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes● Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing● Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets● Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements● Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Qualification:● Pursuing or completed Graduation / Post-Graduation● Preference for candidates from HR, Management, or related fields● Freshers and students are welcome to apply
