Junior Vue.js Developer

About the Role

Build and maintain customer-facing interfaces in Vue 3 for Xenithforce clients across retail and logistics. You will turn Figma designs into responsive components, wire them to REST APIs, fix browser bugs raised by QA, and write unit tests. A senior developer reviews your pull requests daily, so expect steady feedback on structure, accessibility, and TypeScript usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive Vue components from Figma designs matching agreed spacing and typography
• Connect components to REST APIs, handling loading, empty, and error states
• Write unit tests for new components and keep the existing suite passing
• Fix browser and layout bugs reported by QA within agreed sprint timelines
• Take part in daily code reviews and apply feedback before merging changes
• Keep shared styles and reusable components documented for the wider frontend team

Requirements

• One to two years of experience building web interfaces with a modern framework
• Comfortable with JavaScript fundamentals, ES modules, and basic TypeScript type annotations
• Solid HTML and CSS skills including flexbox, grid, and responsive breakpoints
• Familiarity with Git branching, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts
• Able to read Figma files and ask clear questions about unclear designs
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer applications, or equivalent practical experience
