Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

Lead Salesforce delivery for enterprise clients, from requirement workshops through to release. You will build Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and flows, integrate Salesforce with billing and support systems, and untangle org configurations left behind by earlier vendors. The role also covers reviewing junior developers’ work and advising stakeholders on what should be configured rather than coded.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components for client orgs
• Integrate Salesforce with billing, support, and marketing systems using REST APIs
• Run requirement workshops with client teams and translate outcomes into technical designs
• Review pull requests from junior developers and enforce governor limit best practices
• Plan release cycles, manage sandboxes, and run deployments through automated pipelines
• Advise stakeholders when declarative configuration is a better fit than custom code

Requirements

• Six or more years of Salesforce development across multiple client implementations
• Strong Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Component skills with solid JavaScript proficiency
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems through REST APIs and middleware
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification, or equivalent demonstrable production experience
• Able to gather requirements directly from business users without a translator
• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing code against agreed team standards
