Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead organic growth strategies across websites and digital assets. The candidate will be responsible for:
- planning and executing SEO initiatives including technical SEO
- content optimization
- keyword strategy
- backlink acquisition
- AEO/GEO optimization
- performance tracking
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on SEO expertise to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategiesDrive organic traffic growth and lead generationCreate quarterly and yearly SEO roadmapsBuild AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO strategies
Keyword Research & ContentConduct advanced keyword research and intent mappingDevelop topic clusters and content strategiesOptimize website content for search engines and AI search platforms
Technical SEOPerform technical SEO auditsMonitor indexing, crawlability, site speed, schema, and Core Web VitalsCoordinate with development teams for implementation
On-Page SEOOptimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structuresImprove landing page performance and CTR
Off-Page SEOPlan and execute backlink strategiesMonitor backlink quality and domain authority
Reporting & AnalyticsTrack rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIsPrepare monthly SEO reports and insightsAnalyze competitor strategies and market opportunities
Team & Stakeholder ManagementManage SEO executives/agencies/freelancersCoordinate with content, design, and marketing teamsPresent SEO performance to leadership teams
