Digital Marketing Manager – PPCLocation: Noida, Sector 136Experience: 4–8 YearsWork Mode: Work from OfficeShift: US Shift / Night ShiftWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – PPC who can take ownership of our paid marketing function, lead the PPC team, build performance strategies, and drive measurable business growth.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the PPC team, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and target setting• Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with business and revenue goals• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Call Ads & Remarketing• Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS & ROI• Manage campaign budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions• Review team campaigns and ensure quality, performance, and timely execution• Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, and campaign analysis• Work closely with Sales, SEO, Content, and Design teams• Ensure accurate GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and call tracking implementation• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management• Develop SOPs and improve PPC processes and team efficiency🔹 What We’re Looking For:✔️ 4–8 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing✔️ Experience managing and mentoring a PPC team✔️ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking✔️ Experience with lead generation and performance marketing✔️ Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking✔️ Strong understanding of campaign metrics and optimization✔️ Experience with US markets / US Travel Process will be an added advantage📍 Location: Noida, Sector 136💼 Work from Office | US Shift📩 Interested candidates can share their CV or apply directly.#Hiring #DigitalMarketing #PPC #PerformanceMarketing #GoogleAds #PPCManager #DigitalMarketingManager #PaidMarketing #NoidaJobs #MarketingJobs #USProcess #HiringNow
