At Creators Gram, we’re looking for a passionate and energetic Creator Manager to lead and grow our creator community. You won’t just manage creators—you’ll actively help shape their journey, build connections, and open new doors for them.
What you’ll do - Onboard & Be the main point of contact for creatorsListen to creators, understand their needs, and support their growth within Creators Gram
- Build a strong communityCreate a space where creators can connect, collaborate, and learn. This includes planning online and offline meetups, workshops, and events
- Create opportunities for creatorsHelp creators grow by bringing them:
Brand collaborations and campaignsTravel experiences and creator tripsWorkshops, mentorships, and skill-building sessionsNetworking events with industry leaders - Run community programsPlan and manage initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and creator satisfaction
- Share insights & improve the systemCollect feedback from creators, track engagement, and help improve community programs
- Stay ahead of trendsSpot new opportunities, platforms, and ideas that can benefit creators and the company.
