Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Junior SEO Executive to handle hands-on SEO execution across link building, technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page SEO for a portfolio of clients. This is a 100%-execution role in a fast-paced agency environment — you’ll be working across multiple client accounts at once, and attention to detail matters more than anything else. You should be comfortable and fluent with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, know how to use AI to speed up reporting and execution, and be analytical enough to read the data and know what to do with it. Your English should be good — it doesn’t need to be perfect — as long as you can communicate clearly with the team.
What You’ll DoExecute across the boardExecute link building campaigns, technical SEO fixes, local SEO tasks, and on-page optimization across multiple client accounts at onceOwn 100% of execution on assigned tasks, with strong attention to detailUse tools and AI fluentlyUse Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics daily to track performance, find opportunities, and diagnose issuesUse AI tools to speed up research, reporting, and execution without cutting corners on qualityBuild and maintain client reports and internal tools/trackersBe analyticalInterpret data across tools to identify what is and isn’t working, and act on itFlag issues and opportunities early, based on data, not guessworkManage multi-client workloadExecute across multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environmentPrioritize workload and consistently hit deadlines across accounts
