Job Description
Forty-odd stores across the south generate a steady stream of in-store promotions, festive campaigns, and local activations, and right now one person is trying to keep all of it moving from a spreadsheet. A retail chain running about forty stores in the south, hiring through Flexiple, wants an Assistant Marketing Manager to take that load off and start bringing some structure to it. Most weeks will mean coordinating with store managers on visual-merchandising rollouts, briefing a small design vendor on festive creative, and tracking which promotions actually moved footfall. You will sit close to the marketing head, learn how retail marketing gets planned and paid for, and get a real say in what launches next quarter as you find your feet.
