Job Description
- Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager responsible for managing and growing social media accounts for Carve and its clients. The role involves content planning, trend research, social media management, content creation, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms. You will work directly with the founder and creative team to develop and execute content strategies. The role also requires being comfortable recording content on camera, including reels, talking-head videos, and UGC-style content for clients.

QualificationsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeGood understanding of social media trends, content formats and what drives engagementComfortable speaking and recording content on cameraStrong communication, writing and content research skillsAbility to independently generate content ideas and execute content calendarsGood understanding of short-form video and social media storytellingExperience with tools such as ChatGPT/Claude or other AI tools is a plusStrong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work closely with the founder, creative team and clients
