Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute outreach strategies to increase student engagement and enrolments. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other educational partners. Identify new outreach opportunities and potential institutional partnerships. Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, education fairs, webinars, and student events. Conduct presentations and information sessions for students, parents, teachers, and education counsellors. Generate qualified leads through institutional visits, events, referrals, and other outreach activities. Coordinate with the Admissions, Counselling, Marketing, and Business Development teams for lead conversion. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with institutional partners. Monitor outreach performance and prepare regular reports on leads, activities, conversions, and partnerships. Represent the organization at education fairs, conferences, school visits, and other industry events. Research market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to identify new opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual outreach and enrolment targets.
