About the RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who wants to understand how performance marketing works at a serious level. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll work on live Meta and Google ad accounts, real budgets, real brands, and real performance targets. You’ll sit inside the engine room of D2C growth.
What You’ll Actually DoAssist in planning and executing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google AdsTrack daily metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM — and understand what they actually meanHelp test new audiences, creatives, and placementsSupport budget pacing and scaling decisionsWork closely with designers and strategists to align creatives with performance goalsContribute to weekly performance reports with insights (not just numbers)Observe how real optimisation decisions are made under pressure
Who This Is ForSomeone who enjoys numbers and spotting patternsSomeone who asks “why did this work?” instead of just saying “it worked.”Detail-oriented and comfortable with Excel / Google SheetsBasic understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads (courses or self-learning included)Eager to learn fast and take initiativeIf you want real exposure, this is it.
