A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company hiring its founding India product team
Location: Remote (India)

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India product team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own a real product area from day one and ship decisions that customers feel in weeks, not quarters. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own a slice of the roadmap end to end – from problem discovery through launch and iteration – working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market to turn customer needs into shipped value.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Roadmap
Talk to customers, study usage data, and define the problems worth solvingOwn a prioritised roadmap for your area and the reasoning behind itWrite clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Delivery & Iteration
Work day to day with design and engineering to ship and refine featuresDefine success metrics and track adoption, retention, and impactRun launches with marketing, sales, and support
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in product management, ideally in B2B or SaaSA track record of shipping products that moved a metricStrong product sense, written communication, and comfort with dataClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQLExposure to building products for global or US customersFamiliarity with a startup or zero-to-one environment
