This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, where you will set how projects get run from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will own delivery end to end, turning goals into clear plans, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and giving leadership an honest view of progress and risk.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & DeliveryOwn project scope, timelines, and budgets from kickoff to closeBuild and maintain plans, milestones, and clear delivery roadmapsCoordinate engineering, operations, and business teams to keep work on trackRisk & ReportingIdentify risks and dependencies early and drive practical mitigationReport status, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadershipIdeal Candidate Profile3 to 7 years managing projects across cross-functional teamsStrong planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder-management skillsComfort with project tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS ProjectClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project-management certificationExposure to a GCC, shared-services, or large multinational environmentExperience standing up delivery processes in a new teamWhat We OfferA founding delivery role at a Fortune 200 company’s India centreRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementDirect exposure to leadership and a high-ownership mandateOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Assignment → Leadership Round 1 → Leadership Round 2 → Culture Fit
