Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on digital brand engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll work with diverse brands, ensuring that their online presence remains strong, while providing actionable insights that contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:Continuously observe and analyze brand mentions, conversations, and trends across social media, news, blogs, forums, and various other platforms.Assist internal teams in identifying key online conversations and ensuring timely responses to brand-related queries and concerns.Create comprehensive reports based on analytics tools, offering insights that help optimize brand strategy and assess campaign performance.Identify potential online risks and contribute to developing proactive strategies to safeguard brand reputation during critical moments.Regularly monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to enhance clients’ brand positioning.
Requirements:Experience: 0-2+ years in digital monitoring, social media analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Meltwater, etc.).Strong Communicator: Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in tracking trends and generating accurate reports.Versatile: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
